Express is a brand that I have enjoy for many years and continue to enjoy.

I literally put my card information and everything then the submit button will just never light up, never letting me actually check out. But the app is telling me to hurry cause my items are almost gone, make it make sense.

I just ordered a beautiful red skirt. I hope it will fit great

It’s been ages I have been shopping with Express. It my all time favorite brand to go for.. Recently they have changed some shipping and returning policies. Quality has been dropping since last two years. They might need to change the m. They might need to improve quality within budget. Thank you!

The app works great

Videos unable to be muted or stopped, awful glitch. I can’t turn off my volume just to shop

Most recent update will not let you click on “Pay bill & View account”. I have to manually login to my CC account through a web browser.

I love express…but this app is always glitching and having issues. I normally just go with it, but today it has started crashing within 30 seconds of opening. I’ve noticed this before whenever there is some sale or something. But overall, the app makes shopping online with express less than enjoyable.

I absolutely love Express and have shopped there for over 20 yrs. My application doesn’t work. So, if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Great clothes!! The down fall you can’t use Express Cash on clearance. Take care of your customers!

I’m really disappointed with the new rewards system. Not being able to use rewards on clearance items feels like a step backward. These kinds of restrictions take away from the value of being a loyal customer. It’s changes like this that explain why the company’s popularity seems to be declining.

It’s such amazing quality and design

This app has gotten poor quality. The links under the profile page no longer work forcing me to have to log into the site and take the long way to make a payment or other things. I would thru fix this after several months already but it doesn’t seem to be a priority. Instead support says here use this link

Can not access to be able to pay my account. Had to be done on a computer. Also, bugs with app shutting itself down.

The Express App is every easy to navigate and simple to use. They have a lot of app exclusives and special deals too!

No matter what I can’t spend more than 30 seconds scrolling through the app before it just closes on its own. Constantly. No matter what. This is the only app I have an issue with and it’s very frustrating when they have app-only offers and I have to fight to add something to my bag, let alone check out.

I love this site because they give you a look and show you how to order each piece. Easy peasy. Their clothes are well made and stand the test of time.

App needs a lot of work! The link to the credit card site doesn’t work….promo codes give confusing messages…..a mess.

I initially was unable to process my order but after speaking to Sarita P from their mobile chat, she recommended a few troubleshooting options and the issue was resolved. The mobile chat customer service is very handy and good to have. Looking forward to my next purchase!

Please fix the app, it’s still crashing and I can’t buy anything with a sale going on.

I like how the app is organized and the filters I can use to search for tall items.

Not sure what happened with this app but I had to restart it so many times. A video kept replaying without end in site on one of the items I clicked on. When trying to select pickup from store it would not reload correctly and select pickup instead of ship to me. Login kept saying it didn’t recognize my email or password but I was able to login with the same credentials on the website. Please fix this app

Didn’t work

Website app is better now, then it was in the past. I like to see what’s available in the store before going. Very easy to order online and pickup at store.

I wish they would automate the Shopping process and suggestion application for clothing. I can buy on the app.
