I have had two bad experiences with this app in the last week at the current moment I can’t seem to sign into my account and I’ve reset the password twice.

Yes the app is so good love it easy to use manageable

I love Express clothing, good quality and nice designs.

Can always count on express.

99% of my closet used to be exclusively from Express but now not only are the clothes the quality of the lowest fast fashion, but their app now endlessly scrolls like other fast fashion brand apps, showing you the same things over and over again and making it difficult to shop with intention. It’s an absolute shame. Do better Express.

I have been have not been able to check out using the app for my last few purchases. I have to use my browser instead.

I really love this app, is really good and helpful.

These are the only work pants that I seem to fit into. I love the fit and breathable fabrication of the clothing that express sells. The quality has lasted over decades without deterioration.

Quality fabrics, up-to-date fashion forward designs/cuts especially for my double extra large, long body. Always making me look at my best at affordable prices, especially the clearance section.

This app never works for me. I’m always having to sign in all the time and half the time, I never can sign in. I can’t think of how many times I’ve changed my password the last week and it still isn’t working. Come on, Express, do better. The Face ID doesn’t even work either!

Since the last update I can no longer log into the app, it keeps telling me the login and/or password is wrong. But the same info works on the website. I reset my pw multiple times and still not able to log in. Luckily I can still access my account on the full website but sure would be nice to be able to use the app.

Ordered in app to pick up in store. App suggested Fashion Place as they had all the items in my order. After placing my order and receiving my order email did I see that the store hours were listed as closed. I called Customer Service and spent 40 minutes for them to confirm that the store was in fact closed. The associate then cancelled the order and reordered. They said I would be receiving free shipping, indicating I’d be receiving something above what I already qualify for because of my order total. Once I finally received my order status email, it shows standard shipping which is already free shipping. I was picking up these items to wear for my anniversary staycation, which now my plans were ruined. Besides that, I spent nearly an hour of MY time to resolve an issue that was completely avoidable by the company. Received a whole $10 in EXP cash after asking for it!

The app is great. BUT I wish there were a few things different. 1. Major bug - you can’t access points from the app you have to go to website. Inconvenient. 2. I would enjoy an iPad update so I can shop not on my phone or on the website. BUT love the clothes love almost everything else. <3

I have tried to turn my push notifications off repeatedly and when you toggle it off within the app and then scroll to a different part of the screen and then scroll back, the notifications have magically turned back to being turned on all over again. This feels like a scam and Apple should not allow this app until they fix this.

I love the at ease shopping experience. Of course nothing beats actually going into the store, but the convenience and at ease experience I have with the app is GREAT!

There are so many errors on this app, especially when I go to complete an order, it never fails, an error code comes up. It’s super annoying.

I am always looking for new items love Express cloths.

The app used to be pretty good, now I can’t log in at all and it keeps saying my email and password is not in the system even though I can log in from a browser. Support is no help at all either

I love Express and their app works well. My only wish is they would add the ability for me to create a wishlist so I can keep track of items I want that I’m not quite ready to purchase yet!
