I love Express, yet theyve made shopping online impossible. Literally. I have tried for two weeks to place an order through safari, through the app on both my phone, my iPad and my husbands phone AND my computer. No luck. The app keeps telling me I have an incorrect password. I dont. I changed my password twice. Their website said "fashion overload" and crashed. Im an avid Express shopper and I should be able to place an order in five minutes not three weeks. Also why doesnt it save ANY of my personal preferences? It also constantly kicks items out of my cart.
