Could use an update or two to fix the crashing that occurs every now and then.. but otherwise , a well designed, convenient, and full scale shopping app

When is this going to be updated to include the new Canadian stores? Id like to register, but cant because of this.

After a year of updates, still missing Toronto Eaton Centre location and ability to search Canadian locations. This is an easy fix peeps! Get on it. Thx!

How come we have stores in Canada for a while now but cant register to become a member to benefit from promo code, collect points and free shipping (only available for US address)

This version crashes every time I click the Offers button.

I love Express, yet theyve made shopping online impossible. Literally. I have tried for two weeks to place an order through safari, through the app on both my phone, my iPad and my husbands phone AND my computer. No luck. The app keeps telling me I have an incorrect password. I dont. I changed my password twice. Their website said "fashion overload" and crashed. Im an avid Express shopper and I should be able to place an order in five minutes not three weeks. Also why doesnt it save ANY of my personal preferences? It also constantly kicks items out of my cart.

Wont open and crashes

Every time I open the app it crashes. Please update the app to fix the problem.

Cant get past the opening screen before the entire app crashes.

Express: I am trying to spend money and buy your products!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I add a product all of the previously saved products disappear!! Please fix.

Each time I try to check out and tried signing into my account it all disappeared! I did it over and over again to sign into my account and again (everything in my bag said zero!) it disappeared! Need to update and improve this app if you want people to buy! I just gave up for today :(

Love express but the app has made it impossible to browse or place an order.

Applied my promo code but yet didnt deduct from my total, also so annoying when pretty much everything isnt available but only gives you the option to find in store. Like seriously? If I wanted to find it in store I would go to the mall. The purpose of online shopping is to avoid all the tons of people and shop at home. I love express but your online shopping options are stupid and frustrating.

Cant even buy anything. Both app and website constantly crash or items disappear from your cart or your promo code disappears and then is "invalid" when you try to re enter it. I can maybe get to payment before it all crashes and disappears and never goes through. Beyond frustrating. I used to love express but I literally cannot buy anything anymore. They have major cyber issues to work out. Been having this issue with the website for months. App is worse. They lost a lot of sales from me!

This app wont go passed the main screen. It just freezes and then wont let me exit out of it. You would think with how expensive their clothes are they could afford to make a functioning app. Very disappointing.

Love express but there app takes lot of time to load and crashes a lot.

First you sign me out. Then I type in the correct password and it says incorrect. So I take the time to reset my password and it still doesnt let me login. I guess Ill spend my money else where.
