Ive had the express app on my iPhone for couple years now. The website hasnt been functioning properly for over 2 weeks now. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Im unable to log into my account, place orders properly, and see previous order history. I was able to place an order when I checked out as a "guest". However, it charged me for shipping (Im an express a list credit card holder so shopping is supposed to be always free). It also wouldnt allow me to use promo code. I tried calling express to fix my order but the wait time was over 30 mins both times I called. When I finally spoke to a rep and I asked when they would fix the website, I was told it would be fixed by last Sunday (almost a week ago). I finally deleted the app and will likely just cancel my account and shop elsewhere due to such technical difficulties.
