Its been trying to download the updated app for days and cant seem to launch the update....

This app is amazing!! If u love express (like me), then u will LOVE this app!!

No one can remove me from the email list. Ive called in, emailed support, and even logged in like they said only to find you cant remove yourself. Sick of getting the emails and there is no unsubscribe option. They give you the run around. Have fun opting out of the emails. Impossible.

Constantly says I have notifications, usually 5-8. When I go in the app theres 2. Two useless non informative messages.

This app has saved me hundreds of dollars by not letting me check out. Anytime I try to it gives me the "oops, our bad" error and "try again later". Not to mention it never lets me add promo codes. Dont waste your time with this app. If you must have something from express, find a store.

The app is ok but needs to be designed for the iPad. The zooming in because its small is annoying.

After weeks of annoying glitches, the shopping portion of the app stopped responding. I can still check my account balance, points, etc, but everything under "Shop" is completely inaccessible.

The app logged me out and now keeps saying wrong password or email. Safari works fine and even hitting the open app and trying to login while already logged into safari still doesnt work. Get it together. Cant login to your account? Are you kidding me? Express, youre a huge company with tons of stores and you cant get an iPhone app login to work. Get a new iPhone dev team. Its not that hard, smaller stores do it. This is preventing me from buying stuff I want to buy.

I updated the app due to not being able to enter my Express credit card information to make a purchase. Now, I cant login - app is insisting my info is incorrect. The "forgot password" assistance is not working. Cannot view items. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customer service suggested I use the browser for the best experience.

This app is a big disappointment. The only thing its good for is looking at clothes. It wouldnt apply my promo code even though it said it did - I triple checked to make sure the item wasnt excluded. The app also doesnt let you get any further than the checkout screen. Major bugs! If you want to purchase something from Express, I suggest just going to the store. Too bad.

The only reason I use the app is to make payments on my express credit card and now I cant find anywhere on the app to be able to do that, I didnt have problems signing back in like everyone else, but I CANT FIND THE EXPRESS NEXT CREDIT OPTIONS ANYWHERE.

Crashes and I lose everything in my shopping cart. Big disappointment when they are only offering the promo if you use the app. How can I use it if I keep losing my cart and have to start over? Would have gotten 5 stars but its purpose is to allow people to purchase clothes from the app. Which you cant do if it crashes and keeps losing your shopping cart.

Super disappointed in how horrible this app is.

Not worth your time when shopping app closes and you loose everything. Youll also loosing everything if you leave app. Doesnt allow you to add promos and never sent $100 off promo when app was downloaded. So frustrated that I stoped shopping. Wont use this app not worth my time...DELETE!

Got logged out on 11/8/16 and kept getting "wrong email/password combination" error message. Logged in on Safari and it works good. Site on safari did have tech issue shortly after but is up and running again. Please fix app soon. Thanks

I have been shopping with express and i have loved everything i have got from express❤️❤️

I downloaded this app a few months ago and I had to delete it because it was so frustrating and annoying in every single way, but now its just great! They improved everything and it works wonderful! If you are a regular express customer you will love it!

Im just launching the app since the latest update. Looking at clearance, it will not sort by price low to high, and it just shows the same 10-15 items even though it says there are over 100 items. Also does not show all of the options for filtering.
