Express App Reviews

Ive been trying to buy something on this app for 2 days now. Each time it says my password is incorrect and I know for a fact its not. Im not even able to view any items. I guess Express hired a newbie app developer. Do better!

Constantly shuts down, doesnt save items in your bag. Some promo codes wont work that are active. Just stick with your computer

For the last two weeks Ive been unsuccessfully trying to use the express app, I type in my correct password and it says Im not. I sign in online but still cannot access my cart it says fashion overload...uuurrrgggggghhhhhh! Please fix immediately!!!!

This app is the absolute worst! I cant tell you how many times Ive attempted to login and it continues to say I have the wrong email address/password. Judging from the reviews this is not a unique problem. Get it together Express. I called to get assistance and they said its a known issue and couldnt assist.

Trying to open the app and its just frozen and closes. I try to open the app again and the same thing. Been happening for two days already...anyone else having this problem? Its convenient to have the app, but whats the point if it doesnt even work!?!

Garbage. Garbage. I have paper weights that do more than this app. Doesnt open. Cant load anything. Should have known the app would be crap because their regular online site doesnt work well either. Garbage.

Ive had the express app on my iPhone for couple years now. The website hasnt been functioning properly for over 2 weeks now. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Im unable to log into my account, place orders properly, and see previous order history. I was able to place an order when I checked out as a "guest". However, it charged me for shipping (Im an express a list credit card holder so shopping is supposed to be always free). It also wouldnt allow me to use promo code. I tried calling express to fix my order but the wait time was over 30 mins both times I called. When I finally spoke to a rep and I asked when they would fix the website, I was told it would be fixed by last Sunday (almost a week ago). I finally deleted the app and will likely just cancel my account and shop elsewhere due to such technical difficulties.

I do NOT purchase anything from Express without a coupon and/or reward discount. Seems silly that the promo code field on the app doesnt even work to apply the codes therefore making shopping through the app a ridiculous option.

Great app but it would be cool if we could pay our credit card bill from it

I like the app but what I dont like is the fact that some items are only available in-store only and you are not giving the option to purchase the item online. If I want to purchase something online then let me purchase it online; its like Im being forced to go to the store when I dont want too. Online purchase and website is about convenience.

I love express the store and their products , but the app is terrible. Its slow and constantly crashes . I really hope its gets fixed . And I tried downloading it in 3 separate ocassions.

Not working, crashes always

Cant get the application to open! Every time I attempt to use it the app crashes. Too bad I was looking forward to making purchases on it.

Ive made multiple purchases on the app but it seems after the iOS 10 update its begun malfunctioning. I cant even open the "shop" function nor login to see my rewards. Hope they can solve the glitches soon!

Does not work, i have ios10. It doesnt even upload the content.

For a while I didnt have any problems with the app but lately it wont let me log in, tells me my info is incorrect, cant access my reward points and they dont load when I make a purchase. I cant even get the app to open just to look at the items! Very frustrating.

Why do you always need my location? This should have an option to only share the location when using the app

For the most recent update, items do not add to the shopping cart. So, I cant buy anything.

How can I buy something when it wont even let me in my shopping cart! Need a fix badly!

Items disappear from your cart and when you try to check out, the app cant process your payment and give an obnoxious "oops, our bad" error message.
